Is there really only one plan?+

Yes. Every Ridgewise company gets everything: bids, jobs, crews, invoices and card payments, profit per job, reports, your website and review requests. There are no tiers or add-ons.

Do I pay more when I add people?+

No. Office staff and every crew member get their own login at no extra cost, so hiring never raises your bill.

Is there a setup fee or contract?+

No setup fee and no contract. Pay monthly, or yearly to get two months free, and cancel anytime in Billing.

How does the free trial work?+

You get 14 days free on either plan. A card is needed so nothing stops working when the trial ends, but nothing is charged during the trial, you get a reminder before it ends, and you can cancel and pay nothing.

What's the founding member price?+

The first 25 roofing companies who use the code FOUNDER pay $149 a month for as long as they stay, plus a 30-day free trial. It's for the monthly plan.

Are card payment fees included?+

Homeowners' card payments go through Stripe, straight to your bank. Stripe charges its standard processing fee on each payment; Ridgewise doesn't add anything on top.

Is there a referral discount?+

Yes. Each roofing company you refer that starts paying earns you 25% off your next bill.
